Application and Location Preference Sheets
Rent Geared to Income (RGI) Application Form and the Location Preference Sheet can be found to the right.
The Location Preference Sheets and your application for housing are to be completed and returned along with your supporting documentation.
You may mail or drop in person your forms and supporting documentation to our offices in Windsor or the Town of Essex.
Maintaining your Eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your file up-to-date at least once per year.
You must also notify The Registry if:
- Your address changes
- Your phone number changes
- The number of people on your application changes
- The contact information on your application changes
- You want to change community selections on your application
